Valeria is our phenomenal leading Pilates instructor, professional dance artist, and graduate of the Core Wellness Pilates Mat Program. Originally from Cleveland, and a recent Ohio State University Department of Dance graduate. Valeria has a welcoming and calming style of teaching, but don’t let that fool you!
