TERMS OF SERVICE

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Core Wellness Pilates services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

Services Description

Core Wellness Pilates provides:

  • Live online Pilates classes via Google Meet
  • Access to recorded class library via YouTube
  • Small group instruction (maximum 15 participants)
  • Classes held Tuesdays at 9am EST (55 minutes)

Membership & Payment

Pricing:

  • Founding Members: $50/month (first 10 members, rate locked forever)
  • Regular Members: $60/month
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Billing:

  • Payments processed through Stripe on monthly recurring basis
  • You authorize automatic monthly charges
  • You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation:

  • You may cancel anytime with 30 days written notice
  • Email CoreWellnessColumbus@gmail.com to cancel
  • No refunds for partial months
  • Access continues through end of paid period

Use of Services

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Use Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only
  • Not share your login credentials
  • Not record or redistribute class content without permission
  • Respect other participants and instructor

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify class schedule with reasonable notice
  • Substitute instructors if necessary
  • Terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Change pricing for new members (existing members’ rates protected)

Intellectual Property

All class content, recordings, and materials are owned by Core Wellness Pilates and protected by copyright. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content
  • Use content for commercial purposes
  • Remove copyright notices

You may use recordings for personal practice only.

Health & Safety

Assumption of Risk: Participating in physical exercise carries inherent risks. By using our Services, you acknowledge:

  • You are in good health and able to participate
  • You have consulted a physician if you have health concerns
  • You will not exceed your personal limits
  • You are responsible for your own safety in your chosen environment

Release of Liability: You agree to release Core Wellness Pilates, its owner, and instructors from any liability for injuries or damages arising from participation. See full liability waiver signed at registration.

Medical Disclaimer: Our Services are not medical advice. Consult your healthcare provider before starting any exercise program.

Virtual Class Requirements

You are responsible for:

  • Adequate internet connection
  • Appropriate device (computer, tablet, or phone)
  • Safe exercise space
  • Any equipment needed (mat, props)

We are not liable for technical issues preventing participation. Recordings are available if you miss live class.

Privacy

Your use of Services is subject to our Privacy Policy at CoreWellnessPilates.com.

Class Recordings

Live classes may be recorded for member library access. By participating with your camera on, you consent to appearing in recordings shared with other members. You may turn your camera off at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Specific results from participation
  • Compatibility with all devices

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core Wellness Pilates is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or use
  • Personal injury (covered by liability waiver)
  • Technical issues or service interruptions

Maximum liability is limited to amount paid in the past 12 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Core Wellness Pilates from any claims arising from your use of Services or violation of these Terms.

Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Non-payment
  • Any reason with 30 days notice

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Ohio law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in Ohio courts.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Liability Waiver, constitute the entire agreement between you and Core Wellness Pilates.
