-45 Advanced repertoire (learn all advanced exercises on apparatuses): 15 hours in class (2hrs for chair, 2 hrs for Ladder, 3hrs for barrels, 4 hrs for Reformer, 3 hrs Cadillac), 8 practice teach, 15 self practice, 12 observation

*Full Certification requires 495 hours of practice and in class study as well as observation and practice teaching. It requires at least 2 years to complete.

*Suggested Order: Pilates is a system. While it can be done in community. It was originally designed using multiple apparatuses/Props Customized to the individual needs of each client.
