The Prerequisites
for this Mat Pilates instructor program it’s recommended that you have knowledge of basic anatomy and completion of 20 hours of Pilates classes prior to taking the Core Wellness Pilates (CWP) course.
The Course
The course includes 15 hours of in-person training and requires passing the CWP Written and Practical exams (80%+) to receive a Certificate of Completion and be eligible to sit for the NPCP Exam. CWP and National Mat Certification through NPCP requires completing 25 hours of practice teaching, 25 hours of observing, 35 hours of self-practice, and 15 hours of attending the CWP course and passing the exams, for a total of 100 hours. Participants have up to one year from the end of the course date to apply for the NPCP Certification Exam. If you miss a class, you’ll need to make up the time. Private makeups are available at an additional fee of $120/hour. Please notify the instructor if a known conflict exists. More info linked below.

$250 Seat Reservation
Reserve your place in the Winter 2027 Core Wellness Pilates Mat Teacher Training. This $250 payment is credited toward total tuition and is non-refundable. Remaining balance: $500 at the early-bird rate or $600 at the regular rate. Cancellation and refund terms apply. Early-Bird Rate ends January 6th, 2027, and tuition must be paid in full by this date for early pricing rate. January 7th, 2027 begins regular pricing.
$750 Early-Bird Tuition
Full tuition for the Winter 2027 Core Wellness Pilates Mat Teacher Training. Early-bird registration deadline: January 1, 2027, with a holiday grace period through January 6, 2027. Do not purchase if you have already paid the $250 reservation.
$850 Regular Tuition
Full regular tuition for the Winter 2027 Core Wellness Pilates Mat Teacher Training. Do not purchase if you have already paid a seat reservation; you will receive an individual invoice for your remaining balance.
Registration, Tuition & Cancellation Policy
All Core Wellness Pilates Mat Teacher Training registrations include a $250 seat-reservation fee, which is applied toward total tuition and is not an additional charge.
The $250 reservation fee is nonrefundable after the three-business-day cancellation period, whether a participant pays the reservation separately or pays tuition in full.
Participants who pay tuition in full and subsequently withdraw may request a refund of the amount exceeding the $250 reservation fee, subject to the program’s published withdrawal policy.
If Core Wellness Pilates cancels the training, all tuition and reservation payments will be refunded. Additional cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law remain in effect.
Early-Bird Tuition: $750, paid in full by January 6, 2027.
Regular Tuition: $850.
All remaining tuition balances are due January 15, 2027.
